The use of MyPlaceForHomes.com is based on understanding and acceptance of the following:

This is a homes for sale advertising service. All listings must be made by the owner of the property or by a designate assigned by the owner. The owner and/or designate shall be completely responsible for the content of their listing, posting etc. Any Person violating this policy may have their privileges to use this website revoked. MyPlaceForHomes.com shall reserve the right to edit the content of any listing.

MPFH does not make any claim to be licensed real estate agents/brokers etc. We are not providing legal advice or consultation. Any advice, verbiage, image, links within or links to outside resources shall not be considered professional, legal or binding information. It shall be your sole responsibility to procure professional services for buying, selling, closing, financing etc. any property.

All advertising fees are charged before (or are based on recurring debits) the advertisement is placed and do not change based upon the success or lack success of the advertiser in selling their home.

Sellers and buyers retain their own legal counsel, appraisers or other professionals and negotiate their own sale themselves. MyPlaceForHomes.com does not offer legal advice pertaining to a home sale. The only advice we offer the seller is in the field of advertising their home, and how to obtain maximum exposure with the tools that we provide. MyPlaceForHomes.com suggests that all FSBO sellers obtain their own Real Estate Attorneys when entering into an offer, purchase and sale agreement or any other legal document. The content of the site shall be used only as “friendly advice”. MyPlaceForHomes.com does not claim to give legal advice, be legal experts and all actions made my property owners and/or buyers shall be of their own responsibility and agree to hold MyPlaceForHomes.com and any businesses having stake in, harmless.

If legal, appraisal, real estate, or other professional services or assistance is required to assist any MyPlaceForHomes.com user or advertiser in any way, you are hereby recommended to seek advice from a licensed professional with experience dealing with the nature of the matter you need assistance with.

Modification to the User Agreement & Services

MPFH reserves the right to, at any time, modify this TOU, the website or any content contained within the website. Should you, at anytime, due to a modification or not decide to discontinue use as a result of such modification etc. you sole recourse shall be to discontinue use of this site. No refund shall be given under any circumstance. Continued use of this site shall automatically mean that you accept any changes made whether or not you have been notified by any method.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Placing an ad with MyPlaceForHomes.com does not guarantee a sale. Should you decide to cancel your advertisement with MyPlaceForHomes.com at any time you may do so without reimbursement for remainder of contact length regardless of whether or not a sale or agreement to sale has been. No refunds will be given for any reason.

MyPlaceForHomes.com reserves the right to refuse to publish and/or to discontinue publishing any advertisement in MyPlaceForHomes.com at our sole discretion.

Your posting may be removed by logging into your account and “deleting”. Please note that this deletion is permanent, MyPlaceForHomes.com does not keep a back up of your posting once deleted.

1. User Rights and Responsibilities

The MyPlaceForHomes.com website is made of up of data from users, sponsors, advertisers, the MyPlaceForHomes.com team and other outside sources. This data is for viewing by all audiences and age groups. Should anything contained within the site be found offensive or illegal it shall be your decision to leave the site as the content contained within this site is open to public modification at any point in time. MyPlaceForHomes.com shall not be help responsible for any content offense contained within this site. It shall be your responsibility to notify us of any content found offensive or improper. Seller Specific Responsibilities

• Registration:
• You must provide information about yourself and the property you are selling/representing that is true and accurate. You agree that you are posting this information on your own accord. Should you have been forced to post any information on this site it shall be your sole responsibility to notify authorities of such acts and then notify MyPlaceForHomes.com immediately. You must update any information as it changes. You must remove any dated, invalid or other obsolete information. False advertising and/or misrepresentation shall be punishable by the full extent of the law. MPFH shall not be responsible for validating any information on this site for any persons using this site for any reason. It shall be the users responsibility to verify all information and not that of MPFH. Any false information discovered shall be brought to MPFH's attention. MPFH reserves the right to take no action on said information.
  All sellers hereby acknowledge that they are over 18 years of age.
• You agree that any property you are listing/posting that you are the lawful owner or representative given full permission by the lawful owner.
• MPFH reserves the right to contact any seller to verify the property is still for sale. We may contact you by any method (phone, mail, email etc.) MPFH may also contact any user of the site for promotional and/or informational purposes.
• User Controls- You understand that you have complete control over your account, account settings, any information contained within your account and that you agree that all information is true and fair. You have the right and ability to at anytime modify any part of your account including changing passwords, contact information and etc. but you may not alter any information outside that which is specifically and reasonable inferred to be intended to be edited by users. Should a security breach you shall notify MPFH as soon as possible and hold harmless MPFH for any ill effect, damages, pain and suffering incurred as a result of any breach etc. in security of the site.
• Your are in charge of safeguarding your personal information including but not limited to username, password, contact information (which is displayed for public viewing) and etc. It is strongly advised that you do not use a similar password for multiple website accounts. It is strongly advised that every password for every account you create for any reason be unique and not duplicate in case of security breaches. We recommend changing your password on a bi-weekly basis.

Buyer Specific Responsibilities: Buyers should be honest and forthright about intentions to purchase a home. It shall be the sellers responsibility to screen buyers and set up appointments and all communications between any parties shall be of the responsibility of each to maintain safe, secure and lawful contact. MPFH shall not be responsible for unlawful contact of any kind including but not limited to phone, email and personal contact. It is strongly advised and that any person meeting in person due so in a safe setting. MPFH shall not be responsible for any unlawful contact of any kind.

Privacy Policy: Any information you submit online may be viewable by others. It is your responsibility to manage information seen by others.

Using MPFH means that you understand that all content contained within the site (with the exception of links to external websites and content providers) is protected under copyright, trademark and intellectual property right. It is understood and agreed to that MPFH copyright includes the “look and feel” protection where by our layout, functionality, presentation, and general operating scheme shall not be duplicated without consent from MPFH.
